App Challenge Eligibility
I am currently working on a resource project for my internship position at a military installation. Since I am not a federal employee, but the organization to which I am interning is a federal agency, am I eligible to submit my resource project for the app challenge? I was excited to find that my project meets the challenge's criteria. However, upon reading the challenge rules I was unsure if my submission would be eligible due to my affiliation/internship with a federal agency. Please advise. Thank you.

Katrina,
As long as you are not a Department of Labor employee, you can participate in the challenge. I look forward to your submission.
Best,
Xavier

I have one question regarding the Eligibility as well.
Can I participate to the challenge as LLC, even though I'm not a citizen or permanent resident?
I just want to make sure I understand the eligibility, and also clarify if LLC is considered as a private entity.
Thank you very much.

Sohei,
You can participate as an LLC, but must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

Thank you for a quick response.
Is it because of an LLC? What if a corporation, or through a university? Is it still required a member to be a citizen or permanent resident?
Thank you very much.

Hi Susan,
Yes, you can submit more than one application.
